For this statement Pastel Abstract painting impasto painting technique is used, combining acrylic paints and acrylic gels. Different pastel shades of pink, lilac, light peach and hints of mint green are used throughout.
The inspiration behind this piece is a spring bouquet of flowers, and for Johanci it also evoked memories of refreshing sorbet on a sunny day.
