Bold and vivid colours are used in this statement painting inspired by gladioli flowers, which is a favourite of Johanci's & reminds her of the Southern Hemisphere.
She is inspired by nature and enjoys bringing the outside indoors. Different shades of yellow & magenta with a hint of gold is used throughout.
Impasto painting technique combines acrylic paints and heavy body acrylic gels.
Painting can be hung vertically or horizontally.
