Johanci loves everything about the coast & capturing the happiness seascapes and holidays often bring.
Lucky enough to call both the Northern & Southern Hemisphere home, she is particularly fascinated by the ever changing colour of those turquoise & blue waters and waves.
The Inspiration for this painting is the boundary line between water and land.
She is inspired by nature and enjoys bringing the outside indoors. Different shades of turquoise & yellow ochre, with a touch of iridescent pearl, hopefully brings a splash of joy & the beach nearer to you.
Impasto painting technique is used, combining acrylic paints and heavy body acrylic gels. Framing optional.
